Two kinds of client. One side of the table at a time.
A firm that runs search for companies and advises individuals owes both a straight answer on how it manages that. Here is ours.
- 01
Two services, disclosed
Search is mandated by firms. Advisory is mandated by individuals. Everyone knows which engagement they are in. Terms stay private, mandate by mandate.
- 02
One side of the table
We never run the search and advise the candidate on the same negotiation without the informed consent of both. If consent is not given, we step back from one side.
- 03
The wall
What we learn in advisory stays in advisory. Nothing crosses to a search mandate without permission.
- 04
Consent before contact
No profile reaches a firm without its owner's yes. Approaches are made person by person, mandate by mandate.
- 05
Confidential by default
We do not publish client names, placements or deals. On either side of the table, the work stays between us.
